"I enjoyed the kickback, 3 free drinks, food included with your stay between the hours of 5:30 To 7:00 PM GREAT HOT TUB and pool . the rooms are nice . A nice feature there is a winery really close to the hotel,they have wine tastings and a restaurant with good food . The price's are reasonable. All in all i had a great stay!"

"Everything was perfect. The free breakfast was outstanding! My only complaint is that they wouldn't honor our AARP membership because we booked with Expedia. They said we would have to book direct with the hotel in order to get an AARP discount. There was even an advertisement for AARP on Expedia encouraging people to join. "

"The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. "

"The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay...

"What a unique and cozy place, lots of little treasures that take you back in time! The Inn is beautifully decorated and clean but the staff are the ones that make this place shine. No matter who we interacted with we were met with a smile and a helpful response. It’s a charm seldom seen in hotels today. We ate in the tavern, took in a swim and sauna before laying in the sun. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)"

"Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. "

"My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! "

"My overall stay at the Marriott was a success. I was attending a family event at the hotel for the weekend, and I enjoyed myself. The overnight staff was very helpful and complimentary. The property and my room was clean and in good condition. However the bed could have been better, and needs to be updated. The food in the hotel restaurant was satisfactory. My favorite food item was the glazed salmon. The restaurant crew was understaffed, so there was additional waiting for food and services....
