"The hotel is in a beautiful location with fantastic views. It’s due for some renovation, it feels a bit worn. There were some issues in that the hallways on the upper floors have poor airflow and climate control. The room lighting is very dim. The toilet action was such that it would spit water onto the floor when flushed, which is unpleasant. The staff was very helpful but there were not enough of them…the front desk was frequently unmanned."
