"Front desk staff are very nice . Hate to say the room and property not so much. I suppose they’re still under renovation but didn’t see anyone working on anything. I’m sure it’s all a time and money thing. If you need a decent bed and running water sure it’s fine . I assume I had a suite of some sorts and I can only speak for my room but it was a big empty area with a bed and coffee table. Stains on the cover sheet and tub . "Rooms are very dark. 2nd floor had a mildew smell. We had a strong sewer smell at 1030 at night in our room. They would not let us switch rooms they said they would come and spray they did not show up. The next day they sprayed some freshener. Only one USB outlet in the room. The fridge and microwave worked. We will not stay there again."

"There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "
