"The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink"

"Honestly we were disappointed.
The bungalows are worn down and dirty - and we tried 3 different ones because we got dropped at the wrong one at first. Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container.

"A good value motel next to Port of Airlie. I stayed one night before boarding a boat. The room is average quality and suited my needs. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The restaurant was very good, you don't need to go to town to eat. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was OK. I'd stay again."
