"I've been staying here a couple of weeks now for work/business, the rooms are spotless, great facilities; kettle, fridge, microwave, shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid, glasses, cups, cutlery. WiFi, TV. Co op and pub restaurant within 50m, various takeaways within 150m. I would highly recommend staying at this property and I will be continuing to book it as required throughout April '26 Brian Green EOD Engineer "

"Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! "

"Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Marshmallows, skewers, logs for the indoor and outdoor wood burners, and upmarket tea bags all complimentary; only let down by basic Nescafé coffee sachets and pots of UHT milk. A small fridge would be useful to allow for proper fresh milk and keeping drinks cool. Beds were comfy and the separated bunk...

"Had a great room at front on top floor with great sea view. Room and hotel were clean. Did not have breakfast. Possibly understaffed. One night we got back at 9:30 and bar was closed. Lift was out Ok for us but was a problem for some other guests. Would probably use again . Hard to choose between this and the nearby voco."

"Free parking which is so handy. The room was much better than expected and was clean and comfortable. I think we lucked out on the room we got. Decent for cheap I didn’t really see any staff other than one man who wouldn’t let us in the building after we had returned. We had to get our friend who had already to come home to let us in and then he made us stay so he can check the room was booked for 3 - despite me saying it was booked for 3. In one sense this is good for safety but another...

"Nothing Grand about this hotel,arrived after a long journey from France,no parking available on-site had to park on site road which ment we had get up early next day to move the car by 9.We were also told we'd have to pay £5 if we wanted to park at the hotel.I was'nt aware there was a charge.We booked a double room but was given room 510 which was a family room.The window handle was broken so it did'nt shut,the window vent would'nt stay closed and it was blowing a gale outside so the room was...

"Didn’t quite realise how ideally situated it is to the tunnel to France Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly with directions to the terminal We had a meal of an evening which was more than nice enough and breakfast as well, which is well presented and laid out fine selection plenty enough for the road"
