"The stay was disappointing overall. The listing on Expedia indicated that a complimentary continental breakfast was included, but this amenity was not actually provided. Additionally, the hair dryer in our room was broken, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, another guest frequently parked in front of our drive-up room for most of our stay, defeating the purpose and convenience of booking a drive up room"
