"We had the best time at the Doowall this week. It’s quiet and serene at the hotel and it’s only a short distance from the White Temple. Coming back in at night and seeing the temple sparkle in the dark is a truly magical moment, especially when in a Tuk Tuk. The food was incredible, I will think about that yellow curry with crispy mushrooms for the rest of my life. The staff was so helpful and kind. "I highly recommend this place for Chiang Rai stay. The staff were all friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfectly suited to the Chiang Rai atmosphere. Although the hotel was located in an alley, we were able to order a ride via Grab and have food delivered. I'd love to visit this place again next time I'm in Chiang Rai."

"I stayed for two nights December 2025 and had a great experience. The room was spotless, well designed, and the pool-view terrace was a real bonus. "Absolutely amazing property and a perfect size for 3 of us (it does fit more). The owner is really lovely and very helpful. Nice relaxing area, brilliant views and sounds of the wildlife. The area would be better with a car but its accessible by grab too which is how we managed it as a family of three :D A microwave in the room would be a really good addition. We were very happy with our stay. We will be back next year. Thank you xx"
