Overall, the hotel was very nice with friendly staff; however, the rooms did not have hand soap for the bathrooms. I thought maybe they just forgot to put hand soap in our room so I asked the front desk about this and they said there just isn’t any. Again, very nice hotel but I would recommend they provide hand soap in the rooms.

Easy checking-in at the front, Staff are tentative and friendly, Compact room but clean and well working facilities, We did not use swimming pool., Variety of breakfast choices but main course foods was not hot enough...everyday. Location is center of many main attraction and local markets and amenities near by. Overall we have had a happy stay.

We stayed for a night - it was ok. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it’s like 20 dollars a night for you. Though, if youre staying for more than one night, save yourself the trouble and find someplace else. While the hotel lobby and room was fairly clean, it did not feel cozy and the room itself did not have good upkeep. There was alot of evident wear and tear such as scratches on the wall and lots of wear on all the table surfaces. The bed felt very unstable, i could feel my partners every single move and it almost felt like the bed swayed. Washroom was honestly really bad, there was barely any water pressure and we had to let the water run a while until it finally got hot. The shampoo and body wash also doesn't smell great. There was really only one staff member that was kind. The only upside of this place is location, its nearby everything and 15-20min from the airport.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Even though we stayed for 5 nights and the hotel did not seem busy we were given a room on a low floor with a window that looks straight onto their brick wall. The pool was green and unusable during our stay, but they were working on fixing this.

Condizionatore da sanificare esce odore di muffa. Pulizia non sufficiente. Colazione povera di qualità e varietà. Molto rumore impossibile dormire decentemente. Letti e cuscini scomodi, tv solo in thailandese, acqua della doccia non sufficientemente calda. Dopo esserci lamentate dell’odore dal condizionatore, mentre eravamo fuori per un’escursione, ci hanno cambiato camera e spostato tutte le nostre cose senza chiedere, compresa la biancheria intima che era Stesa ad asciugare in bagno. Quando entri ed esci dalla struttura, il personale della reception non tira nemmeno su la testa per controllare chi entra e tantomeno per salutare, il personale delle pulizie inizia a fare rumore in corridoio a partire dalle 8. Purtroppo devo dire che le 4 stelle che ha la struttura non sono supportate dalla reale qualità dei servizi.

Good value but basic

We booked this hotel for the location. It is close to the clock tower and surrounded by temples and various food options. The hotel is reasonably priced and was a great value. However, the mattress is super hard and pillows are very thick. We didn't sleep well because of that. The breakfast was basic. I might not stay again.

잘 묵다 갑니다.

여행준비하며 많이 검색해서 찾은 호텔이예요. 다른 사람의 숙박경험으로 좋은 선택을 할 수 있었어요. 직원들이 친절하고, 조식이 깔끔하고 맛있었어요. 조식을 든든히 먹었더니 맛집을 찾아 다니지않았어요. 단지 아쉬웠던건 작은 도마뱀의 출몰이였어요. 한번은 직원의 도움을 받았고 마지막 날 늦은 밤에 다시 만나게 된 도마뱀은 알아서 잡은후 방 밖으로 놓아 주었어요.전체적으로 깔끔하고 조용해서 기억에 남을 호텔이었어요.
