"Every detail is perfect at the Lancaster. I’ve stayed many times over the years and forget just how good it is, from free snacks in the room to a delicious full breakfast, down to the small details like Frette towels, Bulgari soaps and a beautiful art collection. Convenient location and friendly staff. Highly recommend. "

"Facilities were great but front desk manager was on a power trip. Forget about asking her about a breakdown of room charges, she will yell at you. I’ll choose a different Marriott next time. "

"The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor. My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long."

"My stay was just overnight, but there needs to be an update on your parking. You don't state that the metro train is in front of the hotel. So there is no way to pull up to the hotel. Then you charge between $37-$57 and the parking is a block and half away from the hotel. There is a public parking lot behind the metro train station for $18 for 10 hours. Also, the graffiti inside of the elevators and there is no bright lights at all in the hotel. The entire hotel felt like a college dorm!"

"Everything was great except the fact there was no microwave or mini refrigerator to keep leftover and the microwave to heat it. I wasted a lot of money on food because I had leave (basically wasting food) large portions of food from the surrounding restaurants (with are not cheap). So when I got hungry later I basically either had to drive around a city I’m not familiar with to find something to eat instead of just providing the room with a simple microwave and mini fridge. "We enjoyed being in downtown near our event. The breakfast process was unique, but wonderfully managed. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar. We did book just a few weeks before and there were many events in town, so I'm sure inventory was low. We ended up in an ada room which was not ideal. The sliding door was a beast and there was no definition between the shower and toilet so the entire space got wet. This also meant for awkward dressing spaces with the bathroom being wet and needing privacy...
