"Lovely room in an excellent location, very near town centre and a beautiful park across the street. Room was comfortable and well maintained. The owners were helpful and communicated very well. Parking was nearby and free Whitby never disappoints and we would stay at Broomfield house again."

"Spa was amazing and so were the gardens. Some of the staff were kind and some others were very unhelpful and acted as though clients were a bother. Very difficult to get a taxi so best to have your own vehicle."
