"Un magnifique hôtel boutique où j’ai passé un merveilleux séjour! Les employés sont attentionnés, serviables et toujours à l’écoute. Ma chambre de luxe était impeccable, avec un lit extrêmement confortable. Petite attention que j’ai adorée : les serviettes étaient propres et sentaient tellement bon! Les lieux sont très bien entretenus et les piscines impeccables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel, Trattoria Isolana, est excellent, autant pour les déjeuners que pour les dîners et les soupers. Les cocktails sont délicieux et le personnel du restaurant offre un service exceptionnel! La plage est accessible à pied ou avec la petite navette de l’hôtel, avec un service ultra rapide et sans attente. Les chaises de plage sont extrêmement confortables, chacune préparée avec une housse en serviette. L’emplacement est idéal, près de Grace Bay Centre et de nombreux restaurants, et les vélos de l’hôtel permettent de se déplacer facilement. Tout était A1. Je reviendrai assurément!🤍✨🌴🌊"

"The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
