"The room we stayed in is supposed to be a superior room as it had a balcony with a view of the Haiga Sophia. It was a very small room with minimum closet space. The hotel is right downtown with easy access to all tourist sites. The T1 tram line stop is walking distance to the hotel. The staff is very helpful. "The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."

"We arrived early to Celine hotel and were able to store our bags there until our room was ready. The staff said we could go downstairs for coffee in the breakfast room which is a delightfully decorated room. We were given brochures of things to do and we selected a dinner cruise of the Bosporus and the staff arranged for us to be picked up at the hotel that evening and transported to the boat. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The only issue we had was the TV remote not working...

"We stayed at Fer Hotel for a total of 6 nights. We used it as a base, returning to it twice while we went on two short 2-3 days side trips to Ephesus/Pammakule and Cappadocia by air. "Went for 5 nights excellent staff , brekky was amazing and wonderful views either side , really central to everything 5-10 mins walking to grand bazaar , aya Sofia , blue mosque and the t1 on the door step what more could you want"

"The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet. The walls may be thin, but it was quiet all 3 nights when I went to bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location was ideal for most sites. The lobby looks tired but clean and there is a bar and restaurant, though there are other restaurants nearby that have a wider range of dishes. I didn't try the spa-not sure where it is in the building."

"Fantastic staff who were helpful, friendly and efficient. The rooftop terrace has amazing 360 degree views of Istanbul. We had some delicious meals in the restaurant, and breakfast was very good. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We would highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Istanbul."
