"The staff made my Birthday special with the personalized birthday cards and cake. The entire check in and out process was easy and efficient. Clean and quiet stay. Food options were great! Concierge was also helpful in assisting with outside activities. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for clean, quiet and relaxation. Everything was well maintained daily."

"The ROCKHOUSE was one of the best resorts Iโve stayed at. The resort itself is STUNNING, it gave Greece meets the Caribbean aesthetically. The food was amazing!!! The staff so friendly and helpful! I never had to worry about finding a cab as staff was able to call us a cab in minutes, staff also knew all the fun spots to go for nightlife. This place was so peaceful and relaxing!!!!! The dinner vibes amazing with a live DJ. ROCKHOUSE was a 10 out of 10 across the board for me!!! Will definitely be returning!!!!!"

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. A perfect place to relax and celebrate my birthdayโI would definitely stay here again!"

"This is one of the quietest resorts I have been to. Our room was in building 6, a botanical room. We had a slight view of the ocean water, but a green, tropical view nonetheless. We didn't care about the view because we spent little time in our room. The room bath towels were scratchy. I wish they had been as soft as the towels for the pool and beach. Staff was very helpful and sweet. We ate at Pelican Bay restaurant twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Both pools were clean and relaxing and so was the hot tub by the adult pool. The grounds are lush with plants and trees and fun little ceramic statues throughout the grounds. My only complaint was the snorkel masks were foggy and there were no SUP equipment, only kayaks. That being said, you are right on Grace Bay beach and it is stunning! You will enjoy the soft sand, swimming, and relaxation of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is also a little further away from the main shopping and grocery. Definitely walkable, but carrying anything heavy will not be too fun coming back."

"Wow. Words canโt express how pleasant and the level of attention my stay at this hotel was. The property itself is beautiful. The food at the hotel was delicious, but the best part of the hotel was their staff. Every single staff member was attentive and welcoming. Two stand out members for me was Gabrielle, and Wendy. Both of these ladies made sure whatever need I had was met. They were extremely attentive and made sure we were having a great time during our stay. Top tier customer service, and that alone elevated my whole experience here. I would come back to this hotel without a second thought. I am already looking forward to my next stay because this was one for the books. The rooms were clean, the property was well kept and you can feel that quiet luxury feeling while staying here. The vibe of this hotel is serene, relaxing and calm. The beach is beautiful and extremely clean. Relatively close to all the main attractions of the city. 10 out of 10 experience."
