"We had a fantastic stay at the Bath Hotel. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our room, which was clean, warm and comfy. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the service we received was fabulous. The staff were so friendly and kind, and we were able to order from either menu which gave us such a wide choice! The food was delicious and we were well looked after. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice and again friendly service and attention. We will definitely be back! Thank you "

"Great old place but needs some love. Bed ok pillows not so good. Heater works well but not towel rack. Water gets hot but not great pressure. "

"Check in was advertised at 3.00pm, arrived at 4.50pm but room was not available & hadn't been cleaned as the cleaner didn't turn up? Menu was reduced as the chef didn't turn up either and no toilet rolls in the bathroom. I gave my breakfast order the night before but it was not passed onto the cover chef in the morning, so in all not a great experience but...would I stay there again...definitely yes. Michelle and her team were amazing, they did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable and it was. The room was clean & spacious. The hotel is full of character & is attracting locals & passers by. Michelle and her partner had just recently taken over and need time to settle in and put their stamp on the business. I will certainly return and stay longer next time. Thank you Michelle and all"

"Nice country pub room was clean and comfortable with ensuite. Staff are great and the pub has a nice relaxed feel with a bar area used by the locals (Friendly) with everything you want from a country pub. Restaurant area separate from the pub with a good varied menu.the food I had was great and good value for money. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area."
