"No hot water, no wifi, dirty floors and surfaces... the AC barely worked..."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very slow, one person. No telephone service in the room. No iron in the room, had to walk to office to request, then wait 20-30 minutes for it. A $100.00 deposit is required however, no mention of that when booking. (If paid in cash, it's refundable on check-out, if by cc, 3-7 days before removing from cc. The room "inspected" as you are checking out, literally. One of our guest damaged the bed cover, she had to pay $50 immediately or the amount...

"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"I was very impressed with the SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas. We were in for a concert at American Airlines. I was a little nervous because it was downtown and was not sure of the area. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and the cleanliness of the area and the room. This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. American Airlines center is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean,...

"Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting."
