"Where do I start… check in-no one took a deposit so had trouble with having to pay for everything as I couldn't bill room until I finally sorted it at the front desk. Room key didn’t work second day because my reservation of adding a night seemed to confuse staff so had to be at the front desk every morning until that was sorted. Room restock was HORRIBLE. "Absolutely love this place. Second stay here and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Emily at front desk goes over and beyond to help with anything we ask. Rooms are clean, bed sleeps great, AC works great, rare find worth staying. Close to the bus stop for travel into the city. Spacious parking. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. "

"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write.
