By the beach
Lovely little cabin, good kitchen, only 3 dining chairs at the table! Bed was hard but some people like that. Plenty of space. The sauna was not working and neither was the pool, the lady didn't know how to use the sauna and she had to shock treat the pool, this could of been done over night, one of the reasons we booked the pool and the sauna so really annoying they were both closed. Kids were looking forward to a swim. Good play ground for smaller kids next door, beach a few minutes walk away. Would stay again.

Cabin was great, staff friendly, surrounding area unfortunately brought this review down. Cars were zooming past playing music loudly. The holiday park itself was nice.

Excellent stay in Wangers.
Manager made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. A brand new cabin was commissioned for us so that we could have a Bath included.

Sweet as.
Great stay. Good talks with the owner friendly. Clean and tidy. I stayed in a small cabin Good price. The owners advice is I would have got a cheaper price by direct contact with them. So next time I'll call.

We liked the fact that it was peaceful and quiet. The bach we had was tidy. We would like to come and have a holiday here with the kids for a week or so.

Good value for money, basic but clean. Microwave looked really new but didn’t work at all. Had a heater which was a nice touch on a cold night.

Great facility, nice and clean. The bed was a bit noisey. The pool was nice and clean and so where the bathrooms. showers and kitchen area.

Awesome stay
We really loved our stay here! Location was perfect - bus stop over the road, beach a 2 minute walk. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out if there way to assist us. Spotlessly clean!

Definitely love the cleanliness. Very good basic accommodation. Could possibly do with a coat hook or towel rail in the sunrise hut we stayed in.

Driftwood Cottage
I stayed in the little Driftwood Cottage (Cabin)which was charming! Very comfortable bed and pillows. There was no wind to blow through the gaps in the groovy stable door luckily. Toilets and showers are newly refurbished and are beautifully clean. The communal facilities looked spacious, and the pool tempting. The park is just a 5 minute walk to the rugged CastleCliff beach. My aim was to be relaxed and I was. Thank you.

Castlecliff campgrounds unit
There were 4 of us, two adults, one teen and one almost teen. The place had more than enough beds and space to accommodate us all with good cooking facilities and a great shower. Overall the unit was clean and spacious enough and for a reasonable price. Probably need to give more Wifi codes on arrival would be my only suggestion as kids turn feral quite quickly when it runs out.Will definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay in Cabin 6,it was quiet just what myself and husband needed for our stay.The wifi was down during our stay,but i still enjoyed my husbands company without the wifi.Overall our stay was great,friendly staff,ckean room and we will be returning.Thanks Wanganui seaside camping groynds.

Another great experience staying at "Whanganui Seaside Holiday Park" at the Sunset cabin. Hope to be back in another year's time for NEIL ROBERTS DAY 2018 at the Duncan Pavilion whichh is a 5-minute walk from the "Whanganui Seaside Holiday Park."

Great for what we needed. Tidy and nice clean grounds. Toilet and showers in good condition. Ample parking. Just remember to bring your sleeping bag!!!

Small cabin, nice facilities
The room needed updates, very basic with a bed, small table and mini fridge. The bed was quite comfortable. The facilities were a big plus, nice pool, outdoor BBQs, picnic tables, and fire pit. Communal kitchen available and laundry on site. Recycling bins.

Good & Bad - but great location
Great location, nice cafe across the street (Citadel) and loved the use of succulents along the street. Cabin was worn inside and in need of a refresh - mattress was well beyond "use by" date. Park itself was tidy. Showers/toilet were very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very efficient.
