"We stayed in the luxury suite and it was perfect for just the two of us and the soak area was nice too, the lady at the desk was super helpful and even gave us a discount code for the hot pool
TV has everything you could need and supports chrome cast and multiple lighting settings too
Location was great surrounded by other hotels and about 5 minutes from anywhere"

"Hallway light shines through sides of main door, tv was crap not even Freeview worked properly all channels and bathroom rotten scotia boards etc, and one morning heard room next door alarm going off. The money paid was disappointing"

"Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it.
Cheap but dated.
Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that.
Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs.
Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook.

"The overall location was nice, pretty quiet, other than the cyclone outside but that wasn’t their fault. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well! We used the hot tub and it was nice and hot despite the winds. We would stay here again if in the area! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back."
