"The bed was really comfortable and a good size but the room was small and cramped. Clothing had to be hung from a frame built above the tea and coffee making area. No drawers or surfaces for smaller items of clothing. Breakfast was fine and staff pleasant and helpful. Access to the hotel meant climbing up several deep steps - tricky for my wife to negotiate. Reception staff were great - pleasant, welcoming, courteous, and helpful."
