"I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket. "Location of the hotel was perfect for where I need to work. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Martha in the restaurant. I had two dinners there and the food was exceptional, and the service is very friendly."

"I booked the hotel because it was pet friendly but when I got to the property I was charged $100 pet fee!!! RiDICULOUS!!!! The room was already $194 for a sub par hotel not in a resort or vacation area. So an additional $100 was not acceptable. But at 11pm and suitcases already in hand and already checked in adding an additional $100 makes me confident in saying NEVER AGAIN"

"The complimentary breakfast was a great value. The offerings included a good selection of breakfast items. The make your own waffles are really good 😋 Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is perfect - close to Black Rock and Fairfield Center. It’s also close to the train station, so you can hop on the train for a day trip to the City."

"From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours."

"The room was clean the staff was nice the only thing we would eat was the waffles. Enough parking. But I wasn't happy the pool was closed. I had one upset Son. Who was excited, to found out he could go. An email would have been nice. As a mom I plan trips around my family and our time."
