"Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property"

"We were traveling to see a concert at The District Music Hall and found this hotel. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed - lovely staff, available snacks, walkable to restaurants and the venue as well as being a beautiful property. We didn't take advantage of the restaurant but did have a drink at the bar and were impressed by the reasonable price and variety of options."

"Kept waiting to check in. Bar tender didn't know anything about making drinks. Refigerator made loud buzzing sound, had to turn off to sleep. My wife left a new top in the room, front desk said nothing there, someone obviously took it."

"This is a downtown location with a bit limited parking but otherwise has a small restaurant in it and good coffee area. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and is in safe area. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well."

"It is self check in. No staff other than a housekeeper. Lounge isn't stocked with anything useful after the breakfast. Dumpsters are a mess with animals dragging food from dumpster out into parking lot. My vehicle got broken into and all of my debit/credit cards were stolen. Noticed that there were many people using the property like a park and ride. There is a liquor store and restaurant/bar at the property that seemed popular. The hotel served it's purpose for us, since it's close to highway...

"The pool was under renovation, walls are paper thin, doesn't feel like a safe environment at all, 10 cops were in the parking lot the night we stayed(I am not sure what for).Only one ice machine for the entire 8 story building which is on the 2nd floor, renovation supplies kept at the end of almost every hallway, dirty very basic motel. Only good thing I'd say is the continental breakfast had a good variety. 0/10 recommend...avoid this place if you can"

"TV didn't work. I head to repaired the cable connection. Microwave didn't work. No breakfast offered. My room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed."

"Went just to spend the night as there was a concert nearby I was attending. We got into the room and the oder of the air conditioner was musty. That was a concern. Worst of it, when we got back from the event to go to bed, we pulled the sheets down and the bed was full of bedbugs. Sickening. We left and demanded a refund, and the night clerk said I need to call the manager in the morning. This was around midnight and we decided too late to find another hotel and try the long drive home, which is...

"Expedia has this property listed as 4 stars. In my opinion and based on the condition of my room and the property this is in correct. The previous owners of this property left it in disarray. The pictures you see on the web site is misleading and old. Their marketing of the property is a totally misrepresented. Breakfast was continental. Just a few items to get you started for your day."
