"Beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely, long private drive up to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but clean and nicely laid out with everything needed to hand. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back for a longer stay soon. "

"I travel to Dublin frequently for work, and after staying at the Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley five times now, I can confidently say this place has become my go-to — not just for the comfortable rooms, great pool, and convenient parking, but because of the food.
I’m not a chef, but I am a foodie. I know when a dish has been prepared with love — and when it hasn’t. Every single time I’ve eaten here, I’ve been blown away by the consistency, presentation, and most of all, the flavour. Tonight, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ian, and it all suddenly made sense. You can taste the passion that goes into every plate that leaves his kitchen.
This isn’t your typical “hotel restaurant” where food is just plated and served. There’s real creativity and care behind every dish — from starters to desserts. I’ve made my way through the entire menu by now, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re recognised with a culinary award or a rosette in the near future.
If you’re staying at the Clayton Liffey Valley, you’ll probably have a drink and end up dining here — and trust me, you’ll be glad you did. The food is a solid 10/10, bursting with flavour and personality. A total delight of a restaurant that deserves to be celebrated"
