When we checked in, there was an issue with the a/c unit and instead of giving us a room that had a working ac, we found out the entire 2nd floor was without ac. We checked in late and they could've put us on a different floor but I think miscommunication with staff made the problems worse. No fans were avail either so we spent the night drenched in sweat.
