Oakwood Western United States hotels

"I won’t be staying here again. We were told at check in to opt in for everyday house keeping, but housekeeping did not come in until the last night of us staying there and this was after 3-4 times of me calling and talking to the manager. They didn’t even do a good job cleaning the room. The room was initially dirty to begin with and the floors were dirty, never got them to come clean the room. Lastly, we had a grumpy old man who yelled at us many times even when we weren’t loud, I reported this management, but nothing was done. They were willing to give us a new room, but no upgrade or better view for the inconvenience and they basically said they couldn’t help us. Worst stay when Vegas, save your money and go elsewhere, where they actually care about their customers."

"It would have been a great stay if the convention wasn't going on. We were there for Disney. It was SO PACKED you couldn't even walk through the lobby. Uber/Lyft couldn't get in because the traffic was so crazy so they would constantly drop us for a ride. We couldn't walk out of the hotel and to the left unless you had a conventions badge (which made our walk longer). They have conventions all the time, but this is a worldwide convention, so it was insane. Don't stay here if you are not part of a major convention and it's going on. You are unable to get a Starbucks, a ride, or even walk in the lobby. They should just block this hotel of during a convention of this magnitude. The actual room was great just the accommodations. Or maybe a warning prior to the trip on thier website. "

"The hotel is definitely situated right in the heart of everything! It was definitely walkable and close to shopping and dining. The only issue that I had was my fridge was not working and a replacement was never sent up nor was it ever acknowledged. I definitely think they could work on that as far as their customer service but I definitely would stay there again."
