"Ice machine was not working on the 8th floor but was on the 9th. Rooms are nice and clean. Shower was awesome. Easy checkin and check out. Free parking a plus and monorail station is right there. The safe was bolted to a drawer which seems just silly."

"After a very poor check-in and room given to us which was sub-par to room we reserved/paid for… the hotel’s professional management team took steps to recover satisfaction. The next morning after one night in the poor room, they correctly moved us to the remodeled room category in newer tower, made genuine extra steps to offset the inconvenience, and put the right people in touch with us to ensure satisfaction. The management team is exceptional. We hope the check-in mishap was a fluke and training for those involved yield a nice positive experience for the next guests. All this said, and assuming no issues next time at check-in with room bait & switch… we most definitely would stay there again. It is centrally located on ‘strip’ and about equal distance to both ends which is walkable or Uber-able. We ended up having a great time"
