"The bellhops were the best and some of the staff helping you check in were very helpful. Otherwise most staff were rude and very unhelpful. When I was checking out one of them refused to listen to me and kept talking over to me, I had to explain to her 5 times that I was staying in that hotel, in the West Tower, and she kept asking me where I'm staying at - then when I insisted I needed help getting a hold of the bellhops she said to go to the desk, I did and she insisted that I go again. They were closed, apparently they don't have bellhops from Tuesdays to Wednesdays."

"Had a ball I have no complaints except the pool could be open a little longer, but everything else was fantastic. I love the trip love the hotel had a lot of amenities had a lot of things to do."

"Pool was dirty. Hardly any food options in hotel. Everything was closed "

"Clean room with average amount of space. Bed was comfortable. The room that we had at first had a nice view of the High Roller and the Sphere and the second room was a view of the pool and promenade. During one of our first couple of days, there was no hot water for my husband and I to get ready for dinner and we notified staff ASAP. Someone came up within 15-2min and stated since we were so far away from the boiler that it was going to take a while for us to have the water warmed up. Which in a hotel this should not be an issue so he was notifying a person that handles that the next morning. After waiting another 20-30 min the water was still chilly but getting warmer. We asked what could be done. At first we were offered casino credit or a dinner voucher both at $50. This still did not solve the water heating issues. We brought up changing rooms and also stating that we had paid extra for the room to get the "city view." They stayed that this was an Expedia fee and not on their end. (Which on their site you indeed pay extra for the view that we got.) However, we were able to be moved to a different room with a nice view of the pool and promenade. Which was comparable and I appreciate them for doing that. But still beware of potential water heating issues for the city view portion of the hotel. Overall our trip was nice and the stay was still very clean which I can appreciate."
