"I like everything about this hotel, nice, clean, elegant, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. That was my first time in Vegas and I chose the most beautiful, comfortable hotel to visit and I enjoyed every second of it. "The room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub, buttons on the floor. I was given a handicap room ( closet was short for wheelchair ) manager lied and said all closets were the same, when my friend’s was normal. Service was minimal and everything took forever! Not sure I’ll be returning anytime."

"Beautiful Property on the strip. Great for family trip. On-site access to The Loop tunnel and convenient parking. One gripe is pools closed at 5:00 daily during our stay. "
