"Location great, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of our showers were with scorching hot water, when we approached 2 different maintenance guys they said flush toilet and let sink water run for a bit to get the shower to cooperate, really?!?! Second guy said call front desk. My daughter said they had same problem in their room."

"All in one entertainment and lodging. Multiple good restaurants, shopping, big pool and close proximity to Las Vegas strip and Venetian convention center. I would recommend they expand the fitness facility, it's really small for a property that size. The sundry/shop is also small and could offer more grab and go items."

"System was shut down when we got there so could not check in on time. Staff was not very accommodating about it and said we would be reimbursed for our early check in. Arcade and casino was fun but could have been cleaner. Also be ready to be attacked by solicitors when you arrive in the lobby. Pool was Closed but we were able to use Mandalay Bay’s and was great! For the price this property is okay"

"Stayed for 4 nights …requested for room to be cleaned numerous times but nobody came , I ask the house keeping if we can get some towels as nobody come to clean our room , she reluctantly give us 2 and told us in future to call room service in future .. Room was never cleaned through out stay …??!! Terrible."
