"I love the decor and the staff! Beds were a little firm, but my hips hurt all the time so it's hard to find a soft bed at hotels. Room was clean and they have great products in the room for use. The decor is the winner here! The area is cute and walkable to Beale Street and other attractions. Parking was hard to find but valet is avaliable. "

"The hotel was overall good. When we arrived for check in, we were the 4th in line. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in because they only had one staff member working the front. A few days before we got there, I called the hotel to specifically ask what the incidental deposit was and was told $15. When we checked in, she said it was $50 and that policy changed 2 weeks prior. "It was Great! Everyone was wonderful except for the employee at the elevator going up to the Lookout. Really or something like that. She was very rude and made us wait quite a while before letting us go up. She knew we were there and still waited on a lot of other customers first."

"This hotel is great. Especially for the price. We booked the day before and had zero issues. The pool was clean and warm. The room was large and had all the things needed... I appreciated that the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was a breeze, they had at least 3 breakfast attendants working as well.
