Hotel Dekat Western Sky Bar and Taproom

"The lobby smelled like farts. The first time I smelled it I assumed someone had just farted in the lobby, but then I realized it always smells that way. You really need to hold your breath until you get to the elevator. I booked a room with a sofa, and spent extra money for that, and my room didn't have a sofa; I got one of the cheaper rooms, but spent more money for it. Also, the lobby staff doesn't arrive until 9 am, and I needed to leave at 8....there is no key drop....so I'm not sure how...

"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

They were unable to fix it and we had to move to another room - fortunately it was next door. "The staff was always cordial and helpful-WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM. At a Hilton, I'm used to front desk staff greeting me and, indeed, I was greeted when I first entered. However, we were there for three nights, and I was only spoken to when I said hello first.
