"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel."

"The lobby smelled like farts. The first time I smelled it I assumed someone had just farted in the lobby, but then I realized it always smells that way. You really need to hold your breath until you get to the elevator. I booked a room with a sofa, and spent extra money for that, and my room didn't have a sofa; I got one of the cheaper rooms, but spent more money for it. Also, the lobby staff doesn't arrive until 9 am, and I needed to leave at 8....there is no key drop....so I'm not sure how...

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again."

"This is a very nice hotel, that is perfectly located. It was just out of the busiest Denver areas, but close enough to get to everything quickly. There are tons of surrounding shops and restaurants, many within walking distance."

"The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is kind. Our only issue is that all of the amenities were closed and because we booked through Expedia we weren’t aware of this until we arrived."
