"I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. "The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place."
