"We were not satisfied with the customer service at all. The television set in our room was not working. We called the main desk, and the person was already frustrated and did not want to do his job. After explaining that our TV was not working, he came up and played with it for a little bit. He knew the TV was not working, but played along like he was trying to fix it. Then he proceeded to tell us that it should be ok not to watch TV for one night. We asked for a replacement, to which he said...

"We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was very nice and very clean! They are updating the property and it will be beautiful when it is finished!"

"Rooms were very clean. All the staff including front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly."

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations. They discounted the room, but they do not have this listed on their website. The hotel also allows pets, so there was a dog barking in the middle of the night. Not a bad stay, there were just some things that should have been better handled."
