"Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, como siempre. Nos hemos alojado en este establecimiento en repetidas ocasiones y pensamos volver, pero hay aspectos que podrían mejorarse. Sería útil que indicaran claramente qué opciones de desayuno están incluidas en el precio de la habitación. No es práctico tener que escanear el lector de la mesa con mi propio dispositivo y luego intentar leer la letra pequeña en mi teléfono para saber qué incluye y qué no. Si lo indicaran claramente en la mesa, o mejor aún, si ofrecieran un menú normal, estarían prestando un excelente servicio a sus clientes. No es agradable encontrarse con cargos adicionales al momento de la salida. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia fue agradable, como siempre. Pero para quienes estén considerando alojarse aquí, tengan en cuenta que el desayuno americano es el único incluido en el precio de la habitación. Nada más."

"Convenient location. Clean, well kept, helpful staff, good breakfast, fenced off property allowing for more privacy. Shopping center adjacent with restaurants, night entertainment, casino and a Krispy Kreme and Thrifty Ice cream. A very short walk from Walmart/Sams club, Oxxo, Denny’s and much more. "My Previous stays at Intercontinental Hotel in GDL, including the Recent stay (05-07-26 thru 05/12-26), either the Housekeeping and/or the Room Services Staffs greatly Enjoy knocking on the my Room door, to primarily Disturb me, even while I have a Do Not Disturb Sign (In Spanish) on the Outside of my Room door. This has been going on for Over a year now. I have continued to mention this Problematic issues with the Housekeeping and Room Services on several occasions to the Front Desk, and even Most of the Managers on Duty. Nothing has changed at all. It's still the Same old problems with the Housekeeping and Room Services Depts. "

"The stay was frustrating from start to finish. We initially had to change rooms because the air conditioner in our first room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue, so the problem clearly wasn’t isolated. To make matters worse, when I booked the room, I specifically asked if they offered free transportation to the bus station and was told they did. However, on the day of checkout when we actually needed the ride, they suddenly tried to charge us 1300 pesos. That felt misleading and disappointing. We ended up taking an Uber for just 400 pesos, and the bus station was very close anyway. Overall, between the unresolved noise issue and the misleading information about transportation, the experience did not meet expectations."
