My daughter left her water bottle in the room after we checked out and they texted me to let me know we left an item in the room. Will definitely stay here again when passing through. "

"If you need a place to stay in Kingman this the place. The staff is incredibly helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. They put out a nice breakfast each morning, have free coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa all day/night. There is a small store for drinks and snacks located in the building which is in great shape inside and out. Covenient access to Gas, a dozen or more fast food places and a Walmart super center within...

"No fridge no microwave no decent coffee maker and no blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the pool closes at 7pm for kids and 8 pm for adults and no jacuzzi!! Very disappointing in all aspects I will not be staying here ever again and I come to Laughlin multiple times a year. It’s our go to for the seados and lake use"

"The people here are truly amazing. I will stay here EVERY time I come to visit Arizona. My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient."

"Elevator abruptly stopped working while we were in it we were stuck between floors it was very hot front desk promised a discount for the inconvenience and the delay of the arrival of fire department upon check out there was no discount. After the elevator failure we were uncomfortable using it again and stuck to the stairs I really wish front desk would have been true to their word and honored the promised discount "
