"This place was absolutely fantastic! We booked this for a few nights while we stayed in Inverness. I have extreme allergies to dogs and cats which makes it very tough to find accomodations. I cant stay in a place that has previously housed pets. Thankfully this place does not allow pets which immediately made it the most accessible stay for me. We got there and were checked in by what I'd call the kindest gentlemen you ever did meet. He checked us in and gave us a map of the whole place, and...

"Really nice and clean property. The owners are really nice. We stayed 4 nights, it was really calm and we slept really well. The hotel is close to the city center, restaurants and supermarket. I definitely recommend The Coo’s Guest House! A lovely place. "

"Warm, friendly hosts. In a quiet residential neighborhood, but just a few minutes walk from the city center, the River Ness, and the train and bus stations. "

"The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. I checked in late so the keys were left for me which suited me. I did get an email to ensure everything was fine which is appreciated. The property is within walking distance of everything that you need. I would stay here again."

"Cozy, easy to find, accessible, clean and inviting excellent breakfast and comfortable room "

"We stayed in room 6. The bed was huge and comfortable, with the room and bathroom both also being a good size. Wish we stayed for longer than 1 night but would happily come back to stay here again. Jackie and Nic were super friendly too and were very accommodating. Lovely cooked breakfast and coffee with additional buffet items to start the day right."

"Booking in was very easy. There was an envelope left inside the door with my name and room number on. The room was lovely - not huge but big enough for 2 with a lovely bathroom, nice thick towels and hand soap, body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicle. The heated towel rail was a nice touch making the bathroom nice and cosy so you weren’t coming out of the shower to a cold room ( nothing worse) There were tea and coffee facilities too with a nice biscuit on the side! "This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. "Friendly staff and good value for a historic feeling hotel in a prime location!"

"The Courtyard Flat is like a home away from home. Lovely friendly and helpful owners. Welcome basket was a great start and meant we could unpack with a cup of tea and a treat. Good location to explore the area. Would recommend and go back if ever we have an opportunity to travel again in the area. "
