Having an email sent saying "When you arrive the house looks like this and here is where to find it" would have helped. Also a note saying how to get into the house (We called the owner which took a long time to figure out how to do in a foreign country) and was told house was unlocked and key was inside. "Our stay was perfect in every way. Communications between ourselves and our hosts ensured that we found the location quickly, despite Google Earth, street view trying to confuse us. Local facilities are limited. Lochinver is a small town, but with the help passed onto us by our hosts we were able to enjoy a memorable meal at a local cafe. "
