"The buffet breakfast was not excellent as reviewed. The reviews must be fake. Ours consisted of bad little omelets and tiny breakfast sausages. Rest was very limited and not comparable to other hotels. Waterpark advert is fake, it only has a waterslide. Our room was supposed to be a king suite, which appeared to be a bedroom (doors) and rest of the room on expedia, and it was not a separate bedroom. This hotel is at best a 3 star...in need of upgrading and truer pics."

"The images are misleading. There is no lobby or proper entrance as in the photos. The gym was converted into the reception and breakfast area so no no gym either (the reason I booked this place). Construction has been going on for a year but they haven't updated the booking apps. You only find out after you appear."

"Very helpful and accommodating Staff, the Front desk staff, Kat. She was so considerate when I told her the reason why I booked with Expedia. She gave me 4 discounted passes to the Waterpark and gave me a room already to check in so early. She gave us 2 adjacent rooms for my family. I really appreciate all her help to us."

"Checked in to stay what was supposed to be 3 nights. Front desk was very rude when asking about damage deposit, no compassion. Checked out after 2 nights as the 2nd morning I found mice droppings in the corner. Asked for a refund for the one night I was losing out on, the front desk called manager and they said yeah and call Expedia to phone them to process the refund for the one night. Did it asap as I left the property, expedia called and were advised manager can only do it, however he...

"There was a large sticky spot on the floor of our room, but other than that, it was clean. We stayed for 5 nights but our room was only cleaned twice and I had to hunt down someone several times to replace the coffee in my room. Check-in/check-out was fairly quick and smooth. The location would be better for driving, but the busses weren't too far out of the way. Pool was small and didn't look great when we got there so we never used it unfortunately."

"Staff were polite and professional. Rooms were nice, although the furniture was a little run down which explains the lower price of a night there. Can’t complain, beds were comfortable and I didn’t notice any infestation problems. Underground parking was super convenient with the severe weather conditions that’s been occurring recently Would book here again."
