"It was a quick raervation for a 2 day work in the city. Cleanliness needs more attention based on the smells from other rooms. Strong cigarettes odours. Some roaches were also found in the washroom areas. Internet did not work for me. Hope these aspects can be taken into account for other customers."

"The breakfast was delicious. There should be bacon every day. The shower in our room was not good. It could not be adjusted and the flow was not strong and the hot and cold are opposite to how it’s labeled. I couldn’t reach the shower head either as it was too high. Luckily we had a tall member in our party. The room was clean and the pool was fun. The hot tub could be hotter."

"Very dated. Going through renovations right now, which is a good thing and I can't fault them for that. A travel companion had a bug in her pillow and stains on the actual pillow (under the case). I found hairs everywhere; in the sink, one large one on the middle of the sheet in the bed, on the bathtub. It didn't feel very clean. For a Hilton, we were very disappointed. Would not stay again,"
