The furniture was dated but when you’re in NY you’re not in your room much but beds were comfy for sleeping. Location was great to all the spots we wanted to visit. I had a room next to the street and during the night there was a permanent noise outside like a motor so it was difficult to fall asleep. I don't know if the windows can be more soundproof to avoid that noise. "
