"We arrived to find that we were required to use and pay for Valet parking despite the hotels advertisement that self-parking was available. If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. In the room the lamp between the two queen size beds as broken and hanging at an angle. The refrigerator compressor went on and off all night with a grinding sound. The air intake vent for the AC sounded like being in a wind tunnel. The room looks like it was decorated as an institution with minimal furniture and and minimalist walls and ceiling with cement being a major "decoration". IN fact the entire ceiling is cement so it felt like I was institutionalized. The only thing I liked was the bathroom. I will not be staying there again - decide what you want in a hotel - for me this is not it."

"Hotel is in need of updates, it looks like it has been “bandaided” the lobby and hallways were extremely hot. Breakfast was only included for two despite having children that wasn’t clear when booking. The room was outdated and needed a thorough cleaning. I have an infant who crawls still sometimes and her knees were black after crawling in the room. I was able to check in a little early which was nice. We didn’t use the pool as it was a short visit. The deposit was also high for the condition of this hotel as other hotels were nicer and had lower deposits"

"Bed was comfortable, price was good, floors were dirty, very low water pressure in the shower, had to slam the entry door to get it to close, couldn’t control the A/C temp up or down."

"Great Stay at the Crowne Plaza! I had a fantastic experience here. The beach was beautiful and very well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to unwind. I also loved the bar area—the drinks were excellent, and the music created a great atmosphere every night. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!"
