"Front desk clerk/owner was nice, room hadn't been remodeled in decades and it had bugs. I had to kill two big brown bugs within the first minute of being in the room. Got out my flashlight and found several dead bugs under the desk and along the baseboards. Found an cement bug coming in from the big crack along the grout line of the bathroom floor. Also found one bedbug in the bed. I would have left immediately, but I was on a motorcycle and was stuck there by a thunderstorm, during tornado...

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Offering your guests something to eat after a long drive is so incredible and the food was delicious! This was our first stay at a Drury hotel and will not be our last! Thank you!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was at park store - lodge was closed. Got the message that checkin was between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Seemed like a limited period of time. Restaurant was also closed. We had to get breakfast and lunch from a food truck."

"My son and I stayed here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The pool is open 24 hours and was beautifully refreshing in the desert heat. Highly recommend this place. They are great staff and care so much about protecting the environment of Big Bend region. 10/10"

"The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel...

"Beware there are 2 country estates on the same I 40 interstate. I went to the first one she was rude. Then I looked up the address of the second one. Then when I would look up directions after going to dinner it led me back to the first one on the interstate. I will not stay there again. Too much confusion. They say it happens everyday that customers go to the wrong hotel"

"Hot tub did not work at first but a few hours later it was awesome they repainted it and it was super slippery. Breakfast was okay, staff was nice and friendly room was very clean but no tub"
