"Super clean and comfy.. I could smell the freshness.. loved the Argan shower amenities! Front desk absolutely helpful and patient as they guided me where to wait for the shuttle . Bed and room was comfortable. Kind and friendly . Thank you!"

"Bed was broken. Shades were broken. Some nasty thing on window sill. Fridge smelled like pickle juice. Shower did not work. Never again. Giving up on Best Western after."

"My toilette was stopped up front desk handed me a plunger. No one refreshed my room . Rained and water pooled in the floor. My baby fell and hurt his hip. Pool not working order."

"Do your homework. The property does not look like the pictures provided. It smells musty. The room looked clean but there was a moldy smell which we think was coming from wet carpet by the AC. We decided to check out because we have 2 kids with asthma and the front desk had the choice to not penalize us but they chose to charge us 1 nights stay. This is my very first bad review of Best Western ☹️."

"Parking is limited and condensing or carpooling would be a good idea, especially if you get a back room, that area has no parking slots, they´re all fire lanes. Rooms are clean but floor was a little dusty. Rooms have hard floor, no carpet (thank goodness). Pictures did make it appear bigger and more spacious than IRL. Breakfast lobby is a little small and gets packed quick. Area nearby is surrounded by restaurants and more food options that come in handy. Easy access to the I10, which made...
