"So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. I paid extra for a Suite all it was is an extra couch it smelled musty in there and despite the AC being at 68 it was humid but not unbearably hot. "Wonderful staff especially Jen. We arrived for breakfast about 10 minutes before it was closing. Jen made us fresh scrambled eggs since there weren’t very much left. There was also waffles, sausage, biscuits & gravy and the usual cereals and breads Met the cleaning staff also friendly and helpful Room was clean, had a couch and coffee table. "I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. "Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. My wife was about to take a shower and then realized that we did not have any hot water. She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken...
