"Scam, the front desk didn't know anything about me checking in, he didn't recognise my check- in number and none of the locals knew The Rose. We walked the block trying all the buildings in the street - it was getting dark. Nobody could help us with directions to The Rose - not even all 6 hotels in hotels in that street."

"After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague"
