"Friendly staff good deal for the price"

Had just come from MA in a lot of traffic- asked if there is a bathroom on main floor & the person checking me in abruptly told me my room has a bathroom.👌? Umm yes I would hope so . "This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream. "Overall, the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced for the area. The front staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We also enjoyed sitting on the small back patio to enjoy the view/sunset. My only suggestion is that the mattresses could have been better (they were not very supportive)."

"Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!...

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"Property was great, our room was perfect. They have a great common area right outside the main building with a fire pit, sitting area, pool and games. Beach is a 5 minute walk"

"If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

"I had a wonderful time at Perry’s! We got a cabin, and between the pool, fire pit, grills, and playgrounds, we had a wonderful time. If you have small children, this is the place to stay. Very close to downtown, and so much to do. Storyland is nearby, as well as many other kid friendly destinations. Not a single complaint, and we will be making Perry’s a summer tradition."

"Free breakfast was great (hot and cold options). Every room has a microwave and mini fridge! Amazing shower and a functional bathroom with a good size countertop. Plenty of pillows and good bed. Hotel staff was always pleasant."
