"Smelled a little like smoke the first time I walked in the hall way but the room didn't and then I never smelled it again and breakfast was simple but more than good enough."

"Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room."

"When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. "Our room was not the cleanest. Specifically, the bathroom behind the sink basin was not cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in lots of places, the door handles were dirty and the wall by the bed had something gross stuck to it. Other issues were that the tub did not drain at all, and the sink drained very slowly. The TV remote was missing the back panel. But...the beds were very comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice."
