We had a great stay this past week. The only things that hurt the overall rating would be the odd times they serviced the rooms. Also, there was some soccer teams staying there that made it quite chaotic in the mornings..

Limited parking and from the signs telling you not to leave anything in your vehicle it might not be that safe although we had no problems. I did worry about it being noisy as it is on a very busy street but in the evening and during the night we did not hear any traffic. We did hear it in the morning starting around 6:30 am, no honking or things like that, just a stead stream of it. We were on the ground floor and according to the person at the desk we were on the mountain view side.

Good for the money. Very clean property. The AC/heater unit in the room was quite noisy, I just turned it off since it wasn’t that hot or cold anyways. That’s the only problem I had.

Bathroom door was hard to open and close as it was binding. The shower door was not sealed properly and this allowed water to leak by cause water to pool on the floor creating a slipping hazard.

Hotel facility was excellent,from room, hotel layout,pool area to staff(excellent). Breakfast provided was very good…would suggest a couple of new toasters, the ones they had are a little tired. We were there for our grandsons hockey tournament, his team stayed at another hotel. There were multiple hockey teams staying at our hotel and I can say that a couple of the team’s behaviour was totally unacceptable basically due to no parent supervision. I do know their behaviour affected other customers stay. I know these sport bookings are a great source of revenue for the hotel-company but they cannot come at the expense of regular guests. I would suggest the signing of some form of waiver, a pool monitor during young sport team stays and a visible security person who has the authority to act if necessary Thanks

I have never stayed at this hotel before. I was there by myself for a working weekend. The good. 1) newer hotel with great amenities 2) fantastic room 3) comfy bed 4) great breakfast 5) very close to dining options 6) easy parking 7) friendly staff The not so good. 1) noisy - lots of families with kids running up and down the hallway, yelling and jumping in their rooms 2) hotel was fully booked so was unable to get the room requested 3) the bathroom was mostly clean, but there was scum in the corners of the shower and bathroom floor 4) the shower head pressure was crap Overall a decent stay, but would not stay again if it was a working weekend.

Very disappointed use to be a long time patron of this hotel when it was a Best Western. Things have sure changed. Staff was more interested in talking to each other than helping with customer. Floors when soaking wet and very slippery. There was a lot of hair left in the shower and dirty bedding. Good thing there was two beds to choose from. Miss the old staff from this hotel as they were amazing!!!!
