I'd choose the less expensive Tower rooms that give you the same experience as the older historic building. All in all a magnificent hotel that fully lives up to its reputation for overall excellence. "

"Not as clean as expected. Billing experience was terrible. They admitted inaccurate charges and returned 11K in cash, but that took a lot of waiting. Not only one, all three rooms were charged extra knowingly, seems like a regualar practice. "

"Staff very friendly. We had an issue with air conditioning but it got sorted straightaway. Close to the beach and some local restaurants."
