We felt welcomed the moment we arrived, enjoyed the sunrise from the huge windows overlooking the water, and the delicious continental breakfast. The location overlooks a lovely beach and walking path and we enjoyed the serenity and delicious dining in South Portland as well as the convenience to Old Port. "Breakfast was good. You are in the middle of major renovations. The halls had debris from construction in them. It appears to me that the project should have been planned so that customers did not have to walk past rooms in the process of being rebuilt. Our room was newly renovated and nice. The shower has problems. The least was there was no place to put the soap as one takes a shower. The worst is that water from the shower flowed on to the bathroom floor instead of being contained in...
